@Beekeeper I got mine too. Label looks great. Love the QR code, might steal idea for my label.

I'm using the same boxes (I think... need to check attic to make sure I still have some eek)

Well, I'm a cheapskate as you can tell from my collection of boxes and roll of bubble wrap. I wrap each bottle with double thickness bubble wrap. Place 3 bottles in a box just big enough to hold all 3, and then stuff in more bubble wrap. Then seal the box with packing tape, on all edges. Other folks go much further.

The big deal, of course, is shipping. I have started using Shippo, which is cheaper than going straight to FedEx, etc. In fact, Shippo is just a label company - the packages are handled by FedEx, etc. but it is cheaper.

Last point, whoever you use to ship, if asked about the contents, do not say it's beer. The common thing is to say something like "yeast samples".

I also either vac seal or plastic baggie each bottle or the interior of each box. If a bottle breaks, sometimes carriers won't deliver.

Got the Abbey Weizen today from @Beekeeper . One is in the fridge for tomorrow. My wife saw his very nice label and said there's no way she's letting me ship mine with the crappy little labels I use so she's working something for me. Thanks, Beekeeper!

I vac seal now after a few broken ones a few years ago

BTW guys I won't be shipping until closer to Thanksgiving. No worries, the beer has been in keg since June lol.

I also don't drink your entries until Christmas, so if you don't get a tasting report from me until then, you know why.

This is a great idea. I may wait to ship until after I receive everyone's beers so I can incorporate best practices.

I'm checking local breweries to add a 4th beer to my shipment to make up for y'all having to drink my beer. Haven't found the right one I really like yet.
