11 days? seems really fast...

Started a cyser on 1-4-14 and today took a reading. Down below 1! OG was 1.16. Red star champagne yeast. Did the standard SNA and degassed three times. Sampled the sample, and there's a bit of sweetness left. Did I just make it to 20% abv in 11 days?
 
It fermented at about 68-70°f. It was 4 gallons apple juice, + or - I gallon honey, 2 lbs table sugar, 1 orange, 1 quart pomegranate fruit, 1/2 quart of craisins. Tastes pretty good, I'm just not tasting that much alcohol. This could be awesome...
