I'd say: 29B. Fruit and Spice Beer

Chocolate is a spice (by BJCP definition), And, or course, Cherries are fruit.

According to the above link, a dessert/pastry stout would be 31B. Alternative Sugar Beer. However, @VikeMan's suggestion seems reasonable too.

31B is for beers with additional fermentable sugars. Lactose is not. And dessert/pastry stouts are not mentioned.

Edit: I see now the "suggestions" page you linked. Interesting, but not in accordane with the actual guideline. I wonder who wrote that page.
