Hi all!

Someone did a 100% WLP677 Lactobacillus Delbrueckii fermentation, or any other bacteria?

Seems to be that I can’t consume yeast anymore (intolerance) and I’m trying to check my alternatives. I’ve tried Brett, but I guess it’s too similar to normal yeast, so my body reacted anyway.

I guess my only alternative is bacteria.

Any suggestions?

I don't think Lactobacillus will give you much alcohol if any. My advice would be to look into filtering your beer. That way you can brew whatever you want and filtering will remove the yeast.
