10 gallon mash tun (cooler, false bottom, valve)

Looking for a 10 gallon cooler converted into a mash tun. Would prefer it to already have the false bottom and valve installed. Something like this:

Does it have to be a false bottom? I have one with a bazooka screen that works great for me.
