I was thinking of using a 10 gallon (or 5 gallon) industrial beverage igloo for my brewing vessel.

I know some people just use a bucket etc, I was thinking the insulation would be good for temperature regulation. I only ask because I have a 10 gallon and a 5 gallon igloo cooler on hand... I know I would probably need a bubbler or a carboy or something, unless I really dont. I am handy with tools, ive done pipe fitting (to an extent) before.
I started with a Mr. Beer kit (like a week ago) and I really want to start another brew but I only have the 2 gallon dealy they gave me that I know I can brew in.
