I ferment in 15.5 gal sankes, about 13 gallons. Was wondering if a water cooler , 10 gallon would work.

A ten gal cooler will work Ok for mashing most low gravity beers. High gravity beers will be impossible and even mid range beers will prove difficult.

Agreed. I think at most you'll be able to do a 1.060 beer. I did that and my mash ton was pretty full.

I did a quick search and could not find any round ones over 10 gallon. There are plenty of rectangular coolers of all sizes. Many brewers seem to prefer the rectangular ones.
