1 week old starter

i can only brew on tuesdays the rest of the week i am on call with my work. i made a starter sunday night when tues. came something came up and i couldent brew that day. i used a air lock on the starter and it has not been disturbed. can i still use the starter a week later or should i just cut my losses and make a new one for tuesday???

put it in the fridge. The day before you brew, decant off the beer and add some fresh wort to get the yeast going again. You should be fine as long as your sanitation is sound.
