So this summer I am helping my brother build a beer pong table and I suggested he add a tap to each end and keep a half barrel sanke keg under the table. I was thinking of putting a splitter like this from keg connection on the top of the sanke to run a beer line to a tap on each end of the table. With this in mind I have a couple of questions...
How does splitting the beer line affect the psi you need to set the gas at?
What should the psi be set at to serve a keg of bud light or something like that?
I am anticipating that the beer line should be 6-8ft on each side...what would the ideal length be?
In terms of insulating the beer lines, I was thinking of just using piping insulation. Other than the first pint or so being warm/foamy would that adequately keep the beer cold once it gets going?
Thanks for your input
