Are these the style with the spiral retaining rings? Are o rings and valves good? Shipping to Iowa?

Yes, they have the spiral retaining ring. everything is in good shape. I've cleaned a few of them already and they look good inside. Got them from a local brewery that used a 15 gal brew magic and these kegs. They were only open about a year so the kegs haven't had much use. They're a little stinky when opened but clean up nicely.
