I brewed a bunch of extracts a few years ago, but now I'm BIAB. I'm doing 3 gallon batches and 1 gallon batches. A few weeks ago I brewed an extract saison next to a BIAB version. I also brewed a 50/50 pale ale. Half extract (what was left) half biab. They're all bottled now and I'll be cracking one open next week!

I brewed a brown ale with northern brewer hops. But I want to rack it on something in the secondary. Now I have three beers in the primary. A 1 gal ginger "ale" made with with pale 2 row, crystal 60, and a little honey. Ginger is added at 30, & 15 mins. all admiral hops early, the idea was to use the ginger in place of the later hop additions since admiral is strong. The other is an 3 gal IPA with 2 row, crystal 20, and a little victory, it's mostly calypso hops with simcoe to bitter. Will dry hop with more calpsyo. Both made with wyeast 1203 burton IPA blend! It's a beast. I hit a little above and spot on with my OGs based on 70% efficiency. Loving BIAB. will update when I taste! Have a look
