don't care about the locking, but I have a ton of swedgelock ss stuff i'd like to use but I almost had a heart attack when i saw the price of those valves, and I still need to convert that to Leaf bucks and shipping.

Also, 1/2 " is 12.7 mm. That's only a .010" difference to 13mm. If you can get a valve to try at 13mm for a good price it might be worth a try.

Most companies have a pdf file of the part with exact machining specs +/- of what will work.

There are so many different names for almost the same fitting. You said swedge loc but it could also be gator bite, push loc, smc, John gust, or a variety of other trade names.

Flare fittings and compression fittings also work well with stainless hard line.

Swagelok is a brand of compression fittings.

What are you trying to put together?

Building an automated brewing system, but slow going, been at it for a year now.

I'm at the point where I could probably finish it in a day or two if I would just buy the parts but I'm a big tight wad and always looking for deals.

Those ones on Aliexpress might fit the bill.
