Ever have that feeling when you are tasting a new brew that you have tasted it, or a compenent of it before...

but you cannot quite place it? ???

Okay, maybe not you pros. Please excuse, I'm a bit pissed at the moment. Fairly liberal bottling session just now. Speaking of liberal, er, liberty, uh,

I just had some Anchor Liberty ale during said bottling session for the first time. Quite tasty. Something seemed familar about it. I was bottling my first AG batch wich was a best bitter using Maris otter malt. Perhaps I was confusing the two but was I detecting MO in the Liberty Ale? Or am I just obnoxicated?

this is really weird. I bought some Liberty as well on a whim and when I tasted it the other day I thought the same thing. It tasted really familiar, but I couldn't quite place it.
