    Looking for recipe... Hopdiggity IPA

    I am trying to find if anyone has a clone recipe for; Port Townsend's - Hopdiggity IPA or the Pale Ale, Hopworks - IPA Firestone Walker - Union Jack, or Laurewood Brewing - Workhorse IPA. I do extract with partial grains. Any help would be great, thanks for help. Brett

    First Stout - Lower SRM than it should be?

    So I just brewed my first stout; a clone of Rasputin's Imperial Stout. I followed the instructions in BYO to a "T" and the SRM seems way off. Will it get darker? From what I've seen of my other beers they tend to get a little lighter as the haze clears. Did I screw something up? Thanks!

    Rothaus Tannen Zaepfle clone

    Hi all, I'm looking to make a Rothaus Tannen Zaepfle clone in the not to distant future (see here and here) but I have no idea where to start. Has anyone tried it or have any suggestions on how to go about it? Thanks, upstream
