    UPDATE Kegged my English spice and gravity was 10.14. So apparent attenuation of almost 78%. Impressive little yeast.

    Yes, I used one packet in a 4 cups water, 1/2 cup dme starter ( about 19 hours) Then split it up into two six gallon fermenters

    Thanks for the reassurance. Always an adventure exploring new yeasts. It is chugging away less than 15 hours after pitching.
