Have any of you guys tried Simpler Times Lager made by Minhas Craft Brewery Its very very sweet, and tastes a little like corn. Really nasty stuff when it comes to being beer. But hey, at 6.2% abv...its not all bad. :)

I use iBrewmaster on my ipad for recipes. Usually I write down the hop schedule on a piece of paper. Im veru unscientific about brewing (but more laid back). I only take a note on the OG

Worst beer eh? Leinenkugel. I dont even consider it beer, more of a Malt Drink. Its more like a budwieser (which is #2 on the list) with terrible added flavors.

From looking at other threads, they look like yeast rafts. Nothing to worry about.
