    Spice question

    I just did a smashing pumpkin ale from NB and it's my first batch with spices. Is it possible that the spices could stay afloat after the kraussen falls? It looks kind of weird right now but I think I can attribute it to the spices. Any experience/advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Question about fermenting...

    Once a beer has reached it's FG what are the advantages besides clearing to letting it sit in the better bottle? Seems like I'm just wasting time where it could be conditioned and consumed. Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

    Priming question

    I recently created my first recipe and am somewhat new at the brewing life. I am adding 5 oz of blackcurrant flavoring during bottling. I was wondering if I should cut down on the priming sugar because of the sugars in the flavoring. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

    Carb question
