    Raspberry Honey Wheat BIAB Brewday

    Just wanted to share my Raspberry Honey Wheat Brewday with Y'all. Started with a Basic 3 gal Honey Wheat Mash and Boil. Then I made a Raspberry Honey Puree and ran it through the food mill to get out most of the solids. It is Conditioning in Mini Kegs now and I hope to Tap it this weekend.

    Maple Honey Rye Ale

    Well Brew Day is off to a Great Start. Grains were in the Mash Tun by 8am. Sorry I was too sticky to get a Bag Pic and my wife was working. I did get a lot of pre mash and post mash pics. Just started my boil now. I have all my Hops and other adds layed out and ready to go.

    yeast storage?

    Has anyone ever used a Growler for yeast storage? I have a quart growler I don't use and was thinking about using it for storing a washed yeast slurry. Then measuring out what is needed for a batch as needed. It wouldn't take up as much room.

    Hampton Brewfest

    Went to the Hampton Brewfest just outside Philly this past weekend and it sure was a beautiful weekend for it. Had a great time as usual just was disappointed at the Breweries this year they didnt haveany free goodies this year. Guess the Economy isn't doing as good as the politicians say it is.
