I just brewed brewed my funhouse stout. First time in a couple years since I've made it, It was a recipe I always really liked.

I'm brewing a hazy right now. I think places just need to do a better job saying if it is a NEIPA or west coast style. Generally if I don't know the beer I assume its a NEIPA now. It pretty rare to see a west coast or even more so a english style IPA.

It looks like you brewed 18 (12+6)gallons so shouldn't it be 9597. If I'm reading it right. anyways, i just brewed 11 of a rye pale ale, so = 9608

A home brew lactose neipa. I used Simcoe mosaic and Citra in it and omega hornidal yeast.

i received muslin bags today for dry hopping. I use both 2 and 3 piece airlocks, I prefer to use 2 piece for long term aging beers since the don't dry out on me as fast. I started brewing with 3 piece so i still use them for all my short term beers.

Brewed 14 gallons of a NEIPA, that I wanted for when some friends and my bro comes in from out of town. Going tap a brut ipa when I feel like getting back up. Probably going to start planning the next brew session. And of course work on emptying kegs so I can refill them.

I dry hopped a Brut IPA I brewed the other day. Does working on emptying a keg to put it in count? If so that too.

i think the problem is the c-brite is just a cleaner. Use that then use a sanitizer after it. I prefer starsan. It use to seem expensive, but a little goes a long ways. So a bottle last a long time, I think it is like 1oz in 5gallons of water and that last for a couple of months for me.

im going to guess everyone has their own way. Mine usually change each batch. It might be small changes. I have a few that I rebrew that i may adjust a little depending on what I have on hand. A few different Ipa malt bills that a change hops on. also yeast may end up changing if it is...

i just brewed mine today I used the alpha amalyse, all eukanot hops added at 190 degrees. I used hornindal and voss kviek yeasts. Ten gallons split into 2 fermentors. Smells amazing so far. Og was 1.063.

I don't factor time into it. I do it cause i enjoy it (well except for the clean up). I wouldn't count mine time into any other hobby so why this one. Unless you are doing purely to try and save money on beer. I still save on my end, most 16 oz cans of ipa's are $5. I just brewed 10...
