Have enough ingredients sitting around for a 2.5 gallon barleywine. Could be enough to do a full 5 gallons of a smaller beer, but I've got some 3 gallon better bottles that i'm wanting to use -- and i want to try no sparge. Anyway, here's what i've come up with based on what i've got at the...

It will be five gallon. Maybe something along the lines of 15-17 lbs Muntons w/ .5 lbs biscuit and the majority of the Simcoe at the end of the boil/dry hop? I'm looking for more of a malty IIPA as opposed to an all out American Barley Wine, I guess.

Here's the deal. I've got the following amounts of the following ingredients. I want to make something that'll be ready to drink relatively soon and the only thing I want to buy is yeast for this particular batch. I've got a few ideas of my own, but I want to hear some other folks' opinions...

No clue about compatibility with cornies as I bottle, but if you give me a minimum clearance you'd need I'll get the tape measure out and find out.

What nateo said. Zero problems with mine so far and easily fits 2 better bottles/glass carboys.

Working on the label issue, but are the any answers for thick paper stock similar to that of great Divide or that used on may wine labels?
