    kolsch??

    i just brewed a kolsch, and am currently drinking the first one right now. my question is what commercial style beer is the closest to a kolsch? i know i have drank something similar to this before but can not put my finger on it.

    bottle conditioning?

    I have my belgian tripel in the bottles, I bottled it this past sunday. now my question is I know I should leave in the bottles until they get fully carbonated, but once they become fully carbonated can I put them all in the fridge to age them ?
