    I did a starter a couple of weeks ago with ( Pilsen Lager Activator Wyeast ACT2007) and it took about 30 hours to start after 48 hours to get going good and it seemed to go another 12 hours after that

    a question with the carbonation charts I keep seeing :It will say at 40 degress to get 3 volumes of co2 go with 18 psi. but how do I know how long to leave it at that pressure to reach the 3 volumes thanks for the help

    sanatizer question

    I use IO star by five star as a sanatizer. My question is if I mix some up for use in a spray bottle. How long will the sanatizer stay effective? will it last a month or two. I can't find any info about this anywhere ,I checked five star web site. Thanks any info would be apprreciated
