Trying this yeast for the first time in a ~8% NEIPA. Just pitched the yeast into a 1.3 liter starter and will be brewing on Saturday. I can already smell the vanilla notes from the flask. Pretty excited to see how this turns out!

Finally got to take a pic of my Strata pale ale. Post dry hopping it definitely has a fruitier character now, taste and aroma of dank lemonade with some tropical fruit. I'm sure it would pair well with other hops especially when used in dryhop.

I've just connected the gas post on the keg to a container filled with starsan (the same one I've used for blow-off during fermentation).. might be overkill but at least I know no air is getting in/mixed with the co2.
