    Wyeast 1010

    I've had a blueberry wheat sitting in primary for 2 weeks. I opened it up to keg today and it still has a strong sulfur smell. Should I keg and hope that it'll go away in conditioning or should I give it another week for the sulfur smell to dissipate?

    How Accurate Are Calculators for IBUs?

    So I got a beer kit for Christmas from Homebrewsupply. Its the simply juice pale ale kit. When I plug the numbers into brewers friend, the IBUs come out in the 70s for this recipe. That seems like its going to be really bitter. Has anybody made this kit before?

    How long do I bottle condition my blue moon clone?

    So on Sunday 12/2, I bottled some blue moon clone that I brewed a couple weeks earlier. My question is how long should I let it condition in the bottle? Is this a style that needs some time, or is it better to drink it once its carbonated?

    Hello from Long Island

    Hey everyone. Just had my first brew day yesterday with my old man. Brewed a pumpkin ale and a holiday ale. Bubbling away in the fermenters right now. Hope they come out alright, wish me luck
