    keg disconnected from gas to age

    Can I keg a beer, pressurize the keg to service pressure, and leave it disconnected from gas to age for a week or so at 35*F? The reason I am asking is because I have 2 taps and both are taken. I have a 3rd beer that needs kegged in a few days and no tap or gas line available.

    Reusing yeast from conical

    I plan on harvesting the yeast from my conical into mason jars then keeping them in my keezer until the next batch, then pitching into a starter. I was going to collect 1 pint of yeast. My question is, do I need to wash the yeast if its already clean?

    My IPA is not juicy enough.

    Describe bland and boring. No body, watery, too light, etc. I'd ditch those bittering hops and stick to late additions and whirlpool.

    Everything is set up the same. I thought maybe because beersmith always calculates my sparge water low that maybe that was throwing it off but nope. Grain profile, water, salt, everything is the same between the two.

    Yea same. I guess I could always use beersmtih for the salt calculations and brunwater for the acid additions. Disappointed and was really looking forward to the updated water profiles in beersmith. Hopefully they fix it in an update.
