    7 day turn around with lutra. A quick and dirty stout to fill the lines until my next brew day. Too clean, as to be expected, very roasty. On the dry stout spectrum 5.3%

    Just slightly over carbonated hazy ipa. Based off the recipe treehouse posted on YouTube. Citra simcoe amarillo. It's delicious, but would repeat with a higher dry hopping rate than I went for. 2oz each cryo and im still itching for ... more lol.

    🤣 I had opened up the tap and reinstalled the little "bomb", if you will, backwards. It was running liquid no matter what i did and instantly panicked as if id broke if. Once I figured my stupid error I couldn't figure out how to delete the thread so to hide my shame I just altered it

    Citra only double ipa, brewed to be ready same time as my previous post. 9.3 % abv, no booziness just straight hoppy goodness with good malt backbone. Quite fresh, I'm sure it will get clearer with time. Dangerous but delicious.

    first brew since ... july? Life got in the way. Czech dark lager, been conditioning for about 3 weeks post fermentation. 4.73 abv. Very nice.

    Was experimenting with a semi open fermentation of a dunkelweizen in a corny keg. Throw some tin foil on top ... didn't leave enough head space obviously. Last night was worse visiually but didn't have time to clean until after work today. Replaced foil with lid/blowoff. I'm sure people have...

    Belgian triple 10.1 abv drinking pretty fresh, 5 weeks aged. It's quite enjoyable but my autosiphon broke while transferring and I know it got oxidized so I'd rather enjoy it now than let it rest. It's apparent in the aftertaste but not over bearing
