    London Ale III temp question

I've used London Ale III in my IPAs with what I think is good success. I've started using my keezer for fermentation control. Before this, all I could do is heat the wart but I was at the mercy of my cellar for cooling (hence no summer brewing until now). I've going to experiment with...

Temperature control - what is the goal??

I’ve brewed almost 30 batches of all-grain BIAB so far, mostly IPAs. My current temp control is a heater wrap on a controller. Other than the basement temps, nothing to really cool it. I’m almost out of my last keg in the keezer and was going to brew the next batch in there where I can...

    Question on swapping kegs

I just built a three tap keezer last month. I currently have two kegs on tap. One is about to kick (probably tonight). I will be kegging my current batch in about a week. Is it ok to leave the beer line as is and just run a pint through of the new beer when it’s hooked up in a week? I'm not...

Anvil 4 gal vs SS Brew Tech Brew Bucket Mini

I do all grain brewing in my kitchen and keg to a 2.5 gal. My Brew Demon is getting on in age and I really want a racking arm and something more durable. I've been looking at the Brew Bucket Mini, which looks great but for the separate base. I just stumbled across the Anvil 4 gallon...

    2.5 gal keg in frig

Greetings everyone. I’m a fairly new home brewer. I brew 2.5 gal batches and am bottling right now. I’m looking at this kegging system here: https://www.homebrewing.org/25-Gallon-Ball-Lock-Keg-System-w-Picnic-Tap-New-AIH-Keg-1_p_5133.html My plan is to put the keg in my main frig (I...
