    Beer will not dispense

    Pitching a higher-attenuating yeast, after the first one finishes up would qualify. But, you might as well do that in the Primary too. ;)

    If you have hops still dry in the headspace, feel free to give it a shake or a stir with a sanitized spoon. But you're right, you'll shake that trub up a bit and may need to wait for it to settle out again. If the hops are wet, I would just let it be. Bottling from that spigot is going to...

    you don't need a starter. I usually dump a smack-pack right into my 5-gallon batches. (Until I switched to Imperial canned yeast).

    There are squeeze-bulb siphons on the market. I'm fairly sure I've seen that at my local homebrew store.
