    I run mine at 175rpm with a servo motor and controller. I am about to change it very easily in 5-10 rpm increments.

    Those look awesome I am interested if you are still giving out codes. I have 2 of your ITC-308 and they are great. I just have to make a relay box for the new fermentation setup I have. The new fridge pulls 9.5 - 10 amps.

    So who's brewing New Year's Day?

    I am brewing an Irish Red as I am typing this about 25 minutes into the boil. Thank god for electric brewing I am brewing in shorts down in the basement. Time for an upgrade soon the 110 system is great but is slow to heat up.
