    East coast ipa yeast (lack of options)

    So I'm brewing a east coast style ipa, the only problem is my LHBS did not have Conan or 1318. I have 1098 & Us-05. So I'm planning on using the 1098 instead of the Us-05. Will this get me in the ballpark?

    Over oxygenation?

    My question is it possible to over oxygenate a yeast starter? I started brewing 10 gallon batches, I only have one stir plate and I'm using two different yeast strains. So one is on my stir plate the other is just a simple starter. So can I occasionally inject pure O2 into the simple starter...

    Maibock failing to start fermentation

    Need some advice, I brewed a Maibock 96 hours ago, I pitched a 2 liter starter of WLP833 on a stir plate at 72 degrees into a 1.060 wort at 72 degrees as well.
