I know this thread is seriously old, but this is the tool that has been missing everywhere I look. I am trying to get this to work on a Mac in either Openoffice (preferred) or Excel and I am getting solver error messages - tried all of the above solutions... any help here? Thanks!

Yes CO2 from my CO2 board - I have a domed lid for the conicals with a TC port on top. I clear the kegs with CO2 and push it at 2 PSI through the beer out connector to keep everything O2 free.

Some of both. I had a GC do the framing, plumbing and drywall and a carpenter do woodwork. I finished the woodwork for the bar and entertainment center and did all the design and buildout of the brewery.

I used FastKitchenHoods from Canada from electricbrewery.com - http://fastkitchenhood.com/heat-hood.php Had it custom made to my specs - works awesome!
