    Chocolate Fudge Stout

Thank you everyone! I did not take all the oils in the fudge into consideration.

    Chocolate Fudge Stout

I am contemplating brewing a chocolate fudge stout using real fudge, and am wondering how this can be achieved? Would adding the fudge directly to the boil sometime near the end be the best time for this addition? Thank you in advance for any advice. Cheers!

    Induction Burner

Thanks for the reply. I ended up buying an 1800 watt induction burner. I have made one batch so far. I am happy with it. Took as little longer to get to boil, but the ease of brewing indoors in my basement was awesome. Happy brewing. Cheers!

    Electric Brewing

I do have a pot that a magnet will stick to. Do you think 1800 watt would be sufficient for a partial boil, or would I need the 3100 watt?

    Electric Brewing

I am trying to keep the whole process in my brew room I am working on in my basement. I am wondering if just a portable electric stove top would do the trick.

    Electric Brewing

I am looking to begin brewing indoors and need some advice. I am only looking to do partial boils (2.5 gallons) indoors, as I do full outside. I am wondering if a regular 1800 watt portable burner would be sufficient? Or do I need a 1800 watt induction burner? I am looking for a cheaper burner...

    Transporting Keg & CO2 Tank

This might be a dumb question (I am still very new to kegging), but I have a keg and CO2 in my keggerator in my basement, and Saturday I am planning a Harvest Ale party to serve it back at my bonfire pit. My question is, can I just unhook the CO2 tank and carry the keg back to the bonfire area...

    C02 Tank Temperature.

Thank you for the info. Do you think I could kick mine up to 30 psi for a day and then lower it back to 12 and speed up the process? When increasing psi do I have to first turn it off, purge pressure, then turn on and increase?

    C02 Tank Temperature.

I always dreaded bottling day. Wasn't too bad if I had another person helping out, but that was rare to get. Is it best to set it at a higher psi initially for a couple days then lower it to the desired psi (12 or so)? Some people have told me to just set it at 12 - 13 psi at 40 degrees and 5 to...

    C02 Tank Temperature.

Awesome. Thank you for the reply. Was a little nervous getting into kegging, but glad I did. It was a lot less time consuming compared to bottling.

    C02 Tank Temperature.

I am new to kegging, and just kegged a batch of my pineapple IPA. I have my keg and c02 tank in a mini fridge. For some reason the mini fridge got real cold for 2 days. It was 20 - 30 degrees. I have resolved the issue and it is now around 40. I am wondering if the two days of low temperature...
