    going from Wyeast to White lab Dry English Ale

    With Wyeast there is a "WHACK and Wait " till the package engorges. Is there a different process I should use for the tube of White's Yeast. Sorry, I'm using the forums for my Teacher.     trying to clone Two Roads " Road to Ruin "

    It is a very tasty double IPA from the Two Roads Brewery in Stratford Ct. I went down there and tried to find out anything I could but without luck. Has anyone tried this one? Thanx Bill:tank:

    Oooopppssss!

    I believe I have radically over carbonated my 1st keg Is there anything I can do to rectify? or maybe make it a little better. Also the setup I bought has a 3'dispenser tube with beer gun faucet. Its a sip of sun----- clone and it is absolutely delicious. Thanx Bill

    keezer & Co2 bottle

    As a newbie I think I am overthinking everything. BUT, since cold compresses gasses would it be a good idea to mount theCo2 bottle on the outside of the keezer ? It would also free up space for a half keg. Just Askin??:pipe:

    Great work. Where did you get the drain pan? Am building a similar one and that's a nice touch. Also, what is lining your 2X6 ? is there foam under the reflective wrap? Thanx Tchever1 ( Forum Tag ) Bill in real life

    first time kegging

    Forgive my newbee status BUT I'm kegging for the first time and have been told a dozen ways to do it. I'm gonna carbonate with the CO2 bottle and usee no sugar--where do I go from there to get a good charge without ENORMOUS headage? Thanx:confused:

    Johnson Controls A419 Troubles

    Not thrilled with mine either. Brtand new and trying to do a crash and the temp turns on at 42* F and (supposed) shut off at 41* but run on gets me to 33*. Not pleased. Called customer service and their attitude was take it or leave it. cannot use appropriate language here:mad:

    I am fairly new so I need some advice. Is crashing (sitting a completed carboy in 40 degree for a couple days) to clarify a dry hopped IPA ( Sip of Clone) a good or a bad idea? will I settle some magic haze and ruin it ?:confused::confused:
