I know beer snobs, craft aficionados, and home brewers have a distaste for the big three. I just wonder if this translates to the at home distiller, the backbone of NASCAR. (I have no knowledge regarding the legality of your craft). Do you harbor a dislike for things like Jack Daniels etc?

I just got a hangover remembering genny light. No telling how many cases of that hog piss I put down in the marines.

This isn't a solution to poor efficiency but a bypass. My BIAB efficiency is terrible and I have a baby on the way so buying a mill is out. I take my gravity reading and add dme to hit my numbers.

I have up to 3 carboys fermenting in a deep freezer at a time so a thermowell isn't practical. I have a 1 gallon jug filled with water that I drop the probe in and set temp to the low end of the recommended temp range. Trying to regulate the ambient temp will have the freezer running non stop...

Don't get me wrong, if I had a single wish it would be having those two beers on tap forever. I still think my homebrew is better according to my tastes.
