    Depends from which chili is, I added a ridiculous low amount of moruga scorpion in a imperial stout (fortunately only few bottles) and it's undrinkable

    i think it works quite well, but it's not so close to the original yeast, this is my opinion but i'm not a great taster and the use of spiece may mislead me

    wow, i did two weeks ago a munich stout that is very very close to this one! some one got attenuation problems? munich base + 20 min at 158f (forgot to change pid settings!) and 40min at 154,5 , og 1046 fg 1021, 7,5gal and 3packs of us05 i'm a little bit "scared" of this high fg!

    Wyeast 3711 French Saison

    I update my situation, may can be useful to someone in the future. For time missing, I threw my ris (1122) directly in the yeast cake of a 1050 saison Now after three week is down to 1021 from 1043 (where it was stuck). Now I think is finished, may can eat another point or two
