made ed's apfelwine, after 2 months its crystal clear, but with a slight yellow color, but still cyrstal. However its the most tasty...I would say the closest your going to come to make your own champagne, its a 6 stars out of 5...really is that good...oh and its also easy..

I bet transferring it to secondary kicked it back in gear and its still fermenting, should hit high teens, but like Guldtuborg said, its still early. The 1-2-3 rule is only a base, some take longer to get where its going...especially if you just tossed in a pack of S33 with out making a starter.

I highly recommend a P-Trap on that sink drain...unless it gets used "Very Often" its gonna smell to high heaven...But that is so freakin' awesome...so jealous!!!

I do not like Lagunitas in the bottle. I hate all their beer when its from a markets cold storage. However, their beer on TAP at their brewery is sooooo much better, all the beer has a "simular" flavor, but I attribute that to their over hopping every style they make. Their pilsner is great...
