    Drinking my first brew. Autumn Amber Ale. I'm very happy with the results. Pretty clear and very tasty. Extract brew. Fermented in my temperature controlled freezer. Cold crashed before racking.

    I just bottled my first brew. I dont have any place that is 70 to condition. So I set my fermentation chamber to 70 to condition in there. Now I can't start a new batch, a winter ale that takes 6 months. My house stays around 75 ish. My question is, do I leave my bottles in for 3-4 weeks and be...

    Cold Crashing Question

    First, let me apologize if this is in the wrong forum. I am cold crashing my first brew. I set my ferm chamber to 35 degrees (2 deg Celsius). Evidently, the freezer I bought used will only get down to 5 deg Celsius. Will that "crash" it well enough?
