    Wyeast London ESB temp range

    Flavor/Taste

    My porter still has 2.5 weeks to bottle condition, but we cracked one open early. We noticed it has little flavor on the front, but has great after taste. How/when do you add ingredients (this happened to be a vanilla-bourbon porter) to get most of the flavor on the front end? Thanks in advance!

    Greetings from Denver!

    How goes it, everyone? My name is Matt and I just started home brewing (one batch is bottle conditioning, the second is in the primary ferment)! I live in Denver with my wife and two dachshunds. We're hardcore Avalanche fans and love the microbrew scene in the Mile High City.
