Nitrogen won't dissolve into your beer. Not at any pressures you'd be using anyway. Neither will argon. Nitrogen is used together with CO2 to push beers further and at higher pressures than with CO2 alone.

Red is what I was thinking... Can you soften the hop aswell...

Love the concept but I think you could aford to lose the green colour of the hop and just keep the shape. That of its the diference in focus between the gnome image and the hop omage that throws it off. It's hard to put a finger on it...

Drop some hops in your standard NA to liven uo the flavour?

(If you can get them in your area) Also, if you are going to this much effort then having some shipped to you wouldn't be that much of a big deal. Try to get a bar or offie...

Ya I was going to say Porterhouse and bull and castle if you make it to dublin but I don't know Drogheda that well. (A 3 hour drive over here is considered a long way away!)
