    Hello all. I just finished brewing a partial mash Honey Porter tonight. I keg my beer and was just wondering if anything special has to be done when carbing and serving a porter? Should I treat it like any other ale that i brew? Thanks

    Thanks, Only thing is that i made it too high. When measuring for the height i always thought that when i was at a bar i didnt have to bend over to lean on it. So now stools are expensive.

    Thanks. Also i live in an apartment so I had to write out all of the cuts of wood i needed and had home depot cut the wood for me. I was able to do some small cuts and refining but the majority was done by home depot.

    Here is my bar I built using barplans.com. Wasnt too difficult and def was cheaper then buying one. This was probably the first thing i ever built in my life so its not perfect but its not bad for a beginner. I built my kegerator into it as well. Sorry Pics are Big.

    ok cool thanks..i thought it should be a little lighter. this is my first batch in over a year and my first kegging experience but it seemed like it worked out good. I got an Irish Red ale in the primary and a cream ale in the mail.

    Ok here it is. My first wheat beer and my first kegged beer. It tastes great. Only thing is i think it should have been a little lighter in color but doesnt seem to affect the flavor at all. What ya think?

    Yeah to fit two kegs im going to have to remove the plastic on the inside of the door and replace it with a piece of plexiglass or something. Thanks
