    2 frozen commercial kegs! Need advice

    Getting ready for a party for my daughter. We got a sixtle and a quarter keg. We accidentally froze both of them by forgetting to put the temperature probe in the freezer! The party is Sunday. Can we salvage this beer?

    Overcarbonated? Frustrated!

    Every time we keg a beer we have trouble no matter what we do. Right now we have two kegs of plinian legacy that we kegged two weeks ago. Tastes good just no carbonation. 42 degrees set to 11psi. Started at 30 for 24 hours. Turned down to 20 and now has been at 11 for a week....thick tasting...

    NB Plinian Legacy

    Just dropped in the last dry hop addition before kegging the Plinian Legacy. I fear I may have added too much Amarillo hops....I should have waited till the kids cartoon time....anyhow, do you think I just messed up the entire batch?!

    German Alt

    smoking pork on a propane grill?

    Add more hops?

    I am in the processing of keg carbing a black ipa. I feels like it is taking forever. What I have tried is a little disappointing as far as hoppiness goes. I was thinking of opening up one of the kegs and adding more hops. Any thoughts?
