    NEIPA continues to grass

    My NEIPAs just continue to be slightly off over and over no matter my hop adjustments. The latest iteration had a whirlpool at 165, and dry hops for 6 days, still grassy. I use pellet hops from yakima. What other reasons could I be missing?

    Monster Mill rotar issue

    so the free rotar on my monster mill mm3 will not consistently spin and is stuck 99% of the time, thus I have been unable to mill my grain. I saw many places where people said, 1) clean, 2) lubricant, and 3) disassemble and reassemble. I have done all of these and the problem persists. Any ideas?

    Concerned-infected?

    the Gravity of this is real low. And it seems to have some issues? FG was supposed to be 1.015 appears to be 1.002 if tilt right. Picture below. 7 days in.

    Blichman beer gun

    Bottles using kegs as brite tank. All went great, good carb in first opened bottle. But it didn’t make a single noise when the opened like a bottle normally does. Should I have concern on the rest of my bottles?

    Bottom of bottle sludge

    never seen this at the bottom of one of my bottles but it is consistent across all on this batch. Doesn’t even try to move when turn sideways. Thoughts? It is a NEIPA. My 7th ever bottled batch.

    Stuck keg

    I brewed an IPA and it appears to have the keg stuck. I have cleaned the dip tube twice but still only works if I have PSI absolutely cranked. Should I siphon to another keg or what should I do?

    Stuck fermentation

    I have a beer fermenting with 1318. It started at 1.075 and is supposed to finish near 1.021. However it has stuck at 1.036, can I repitch another package of 1318 or just let it go?

    FG. Repitch or call it good?

    Brewed an Imperial Stout to an OG of 1.117. Appears based on Brewer’s Friend it should finish near 1.028, however it has slowed to a crawl at 1.041. If it steadies here is the FG too high? Or should I repurchase some yeast? And if repitch is there a trick to it? Thanks

    More newbie issues

    Brewed an imperial stout and the ambient temp for fermenter high 60s, inside fermenter it’s at 82!!! Been that way for 14 hours, already chugged from 1.117 down to 1.062.
