the Gravity of this is real low. And it seems to have some issues? FG was supposed to be 1.015 appears to be 1.002 if tilt right. Picture below. 7 days in.
Contamination is one possible cause of low FG, but somewhat unlikely.
Have you verified the SG with a hydrometer?

What was the OG & when/how did you measure it?
Is this all grain?
Use any saison yeasts or glucoamylase recently?
It is all grain, OG was 1.068, have not used either of those. This yeast strain was 1318. Took OG after first placing in fermenter. Have not calibrated the tilt in a long while but never seemed to have issue.
