    Can I still use these malts?

    I was digging around in my cellar looking for a bag of malts/extract i put down there and couldn't find it. Turns out I never took it out of my trunk when I bought it. Can I still use the malts and or the liquid extract?

    Using the same carbon for primary & secondary?

    Is this possible? Can i rack from the carboy, into a bucket, clean the carboy, and rack the beer back into it?
