I found a guy another forum with 44 POUNDS of them for sale but I think they sold. I have what I think is a pretty solid recipe together for an alternate. If I cant find them I'm gonna go with 2oz of Pacific Jade.

I've done some searching and only been able to find some info on the comparability of briess to muttons. The IPA recipe calls for Coopers but Briess is considerably cheaper. Any thoughts?

Its only been about 3 weeks in the bottle. I'm gonna give it another week or two before I try another one.

Threw one of these in the fridge yesterday and just cracked it. Not really sure what to think. It poured a lot darker than I thought it was going to be, a nice dark amber color(can't really tell in the picture). I also had no head at all from a vigorous pour. Definitely think I undercarbed it...

Thanks for posting this! For the curing time after the label is applied what temperature should the bottles be at? Will the solution cure at room temp or should they always be in the fridge?

I brewed a modified recipe of NB's kit and used 1010 at 58* in my Michigan basement. With a starter and some oxygen it fermented out in a few days.
