    CO2 Manifold Prices

Has anyone purchased a CO2 manifold from Rite Brew? They are about 1/2 the price of some of the big suppliers. Are there differences in quality or does Rite Brew just have the best price out there? I've not purchased anything from them before but I've seen good reviews Thanks

Anyone have a 13/14.5 gallon drum for a fermentation vessel?

I have 5 of the 14.5 gal Curtec drums. I use 2 for fermenting 10 gal batches and the others for grain storage. They are super for both uses! I've never tried to pick up a full one. With the lid on to provide rigidity, the handles would probably hold, but I don't want to risk losing 100 lbs...

Is there a plumber in the house?

Hey guys I used 3/8" Wardflex pipe for the gas connections on my brew stand burners. It works great but I need another 2' piece. My local supplier (Ferguson) will gladly sell me a 50' roll but I wouldn't know what to do with the leftover 48' of the stuff. Does anyone happen to have a 2'...

    Discuss: Pump Priming

Isn't this only a bleeder valve? Is there a needle valve in the pump set-up picture that I am not seeing?

What is stopping the liquid from going to the right side of the TEE where the relief valve and copper tubing is?

I must be missing something. How does that valve stop the liquid from flowing through the inline 'tee'? From the McMaster description, it sounds like the valve vents through the handle.

Do you really toast the flaked oats for 75 minutes? Seems like they would be burnt to a crisp after that long at 325F
