    I usually leave the bottles in a room at 19 degrees for carbonation.... That beer max temperature has been 13.5 ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค” .....     Bottling lager

    I brew a Oktoberfest the 26th of November. It's lagering since 26th of December at 1 degree. It's my first time i am able to control tge temperature so i would like to know when i will be ready to bottle do i bring the temperature up to room temperature slowly 2-3 degrees per day?
