Bob evans zesty hot sausage, red sweet and spicy cherry peppers, and low moisture mozz. Garlic olive oil brushed on crust at the end of the cook. Extremely delicious.

I’ve fallen into the smash burger craze. So good. Prepared on the blackstone. I like throwing the onions down first, then a 4 oz ball of ground beef and smashing it over the onions. Still gets a good crust too.

My votes on the yeti rambler. II love mine and it stays warm for hours. On the weekends sometimes I'll pour a stout in there in the morning and I can nurse it all morning. Lol. The lid closes too and you can throw it in the dishwasher. The only downfall with the rambler is it doesn't fit in cup...

I was an early Grainfather user when the heating elements and controllers would die. Grainfather replaced my whole unit 3 or 4 times until they completely fixed the issue. Then I sold it in 2021 and bought a Clawhammer system since it is modular and I could replace parts as needed. I still...

I just started messing around with the Bing one and I'm addicted. I have a guava kettle sour I brew occasionally called Guavaship and I always wanted the logo to have a guava rocket. Well here we are lol. Lots of tweaking to do but it’s a nice start!

Doing some meal prep for work lunches this week. All done on my blackstone. A few flat iron steaks, sweet potatoes, sweet red pepper and will add some rice when I heat it up. How’d I do on the steak?
