I live in Lakewood and have my son-of-fermentation chamber is in the garage. It has dipped down to 49* at night in my garage. During the day, the chamber barely gets up 58*. This is awesome. I'm going to make one tonight. Thanks for the link. E

I miss Pizza Port in Carlsbad. I lived minutes from there some time ago. You can go there really casually or dressed a little up. It can also get crowded or be almost empty. Don't expect service because you have to order and pick you food at the counter. Anywho.. I hope you liked it. E
