This interests me... In your example, most co2 tanks are somewhere around 99.9% pure... only 0.1% of other gasses. Oxygen in the atmosphere averages 21%. So 0.001 x .21 = 0.00021 or 0.021% of oxygen contained in the co2 tank. I thought I remembered reading somewhere on hbt that you'd want...
